Top Tier has been great. I started working with them in March and by July they had helped me to lose 40 pounds so I could have a joint replacement surgery. They were very supportive through the whole process and were just as excited as I was when I met my goal! Since my recovery from surgery they have continued to support my on-going weight loss journey (20 more pounds to date)! They offer multiple weight-loss options, including natural ones, so each person can take this journey in the way that works best for them. I can't say enough good things about Allie and her staff and recommend them to anyone looking to go on a weight-loss journey!

I had been struggling to lose weight for quite a while when I found Allie at Top Tier! I had tried everything (even did 75Hard) but would plateau at some point and couldn’t loose the weight! (Especially after two c-sections in 2 years!)

Allie listened to my concerns and explained everything so thoroughly that I felt safe and secure taking something for weight loss. She even does body scans so you can see more progress than just weight.

So far I have lost 22 pounds in 2 months and can tell such a difference. It’s amazing and not hard! Plus Allie gives you everything you need to be successful! I cannot recommend her and Top Tier enough!

She is good at listening to my concerns, and offers many options. I have an underlying concern that she is helping me to get to the bottom of, and I trust her judgment.
