I don't know what happened to this place. I used to get good deals here and great service but it is not the same. I went to have two snow tires mounted and balanced. They mounted the tires inflated them both to over 50 lb when they're supposed to be at 33 And they didn't balance either of them. So now I'm spending my day going to discount tire to get the shoddy work they didn't fixed. They also kept my good tire that they took off of my car and I didn't notice until after I left. I've been going here for years and I'm not going back.

Have never been here before. A kind man from Firestone said we could go here. We had a nail in our tier and two other places said they can’t do anything. One place even asked us to change the tiers completely. We went here and they fixed it in 5 minutes! Perfect. Very nice and kind people. Don’t hesitate to go here, other places are not good.

Blew a tire while doordashing, called around and no one, but this nice shop had my size tire. It's decent price for a used tire, friendly staff, and very helpful. Will be returning to this place for more tires later.

I needed a used tire for a spare for just a couple of weeks until my new ones came in, because i had a gash in mine. Firestone guys recommended this shop. They were friendly and very fast and inexpensive. Good place for used tires. Good guys.

Had them install a set of tires last winter and I should have inspected them closer on my own but I trusted them. Went to get one of them patched the other day and it was brought to my attention that these tires are 13 years old! So discount tire wouldn't even touch them so I couldn't get it patched. Had to bring it back to master tire to get the tire inspected for a leak. They found a nail in the tire and not only did they just put a basic plug (one you can do yourself from autozone for about $5) they charged me $20, where as if they wouldn't have been 13 year old tires, discount tire would have done it for free. Won't be going back here

Had my business for years. They tried charging 80 for a over half used tire, don't bother with them anymore cause... 2 months ago got a pair of barley used truck tires only cost 140... ig used tires now cost as much as NEW TIRES ?

Master rip off artist!! They say one price before the job and another after completion. Also lies about balancing and charged me as if I wouldn't notice. This should be your last option if not at all!!! Will never use them again!!!
