Great experience and love my bag! The bag I wanted to purchase was only available at the Melbourne Collins Street store, being from Sydney, I messaged via the chat service on the website to request an online purchase. Ann from the Melbourne store got in touch with me straight away and arranged for me to purchase the bag via an online portal a day the bag was shipped via TNT (no cost for shipping) directly to me. I was overjoyed. Ann was super helpful and friendly on our text exchanges. The bag arrived overnight and it’s wonderful. Thanks Gucci team!

I tried to visit the Gucci store while in Melbourne and they refused entry without an appointment!? I've been shopping at the NYC store since before Tom Ford was designing for them AND before they moved into Trump Tower. When they were further along Fifth Avenue! You can keep your tired, loss of direction brand! If you wish to keep customer loyalty, I suggest you don't turn them away!!!

We went to Gucci on the 21st August 2023 at around 3pm

The staff there was not very helpful or friendly. They were not interested in helping us with the things we are interested in.

We were looking at the bags that we want and I was struggling with the strap of some of the bags and the staff that was serving us just stood there looking at me. Not even offering to help until I ask.

The least you can do is at least smile. Literally did not give us a single smile from the moment we walk in. I even ask question, the girl just stood there giving me a face like not understanding us and just give a simple short answer.

If I was not rushing my last minute shopping. I would not have bought the bag from this sales associate for her to earn commission. It’s not the right way to earn.

You work for people, you do customer service. I mean, serve people the right way because they are spending money at the store.

My husband wanted to buy me a bag for our tropical vacation. So he chose Gucci.
Without knowing what I wanted, we went to Collins Steet store and were welcomed by a wonderful staff named Gautam Kapoor.
We saw a few bags and chose a beautiful light green bag, very unique colour.
I love carrying it around and I get many compliments on it.
