Wow! These guys are legends. My car broke down and they were able to check it out on the day, fix it the next day, are super friendly, didn't make me feel silly as a female, cleaned my car and just went above and beyond and the price was very fair. Would like to say a big thanks to Billy and the team at Cox Auto. Our Range Rover sport had the engine light come on.. Billy explained the situation to my partner and was able to diagnose the issue the next morning. We had extended warranty that we purchased through a dealer, who denied our claim for the part when contracting them ourselves. Cox Auto went out of their way to help us with the warranty company and got our claim approved ? We also had some other work completed while in the garage and was all done at competitive pricing and they kept in touch with great communication (also gave our vehicle a free clean ?) Thanks again, very happy with the service and highly recommend to anyone in Melbourne looking for a honest friendly mechanics.

Dinil and the team at Cox are great. They offer great service, which is thorough and speedy, and have had no issues at all with the workmanship. I used to take my car to the dealership (Porsche) but found the servicing at Cox to be better, and more cost effective as well. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Cox have looked after my 2008 Golf for most of its life, certainly much longer than I have owned it. Perhaps that’s one reason the car is in exceptional order for its age. Ive been impressed with the servicing and other repair work that Cox Autos have undertaken since owning the vehicle. Service is generally available at quite short notice and estimates provided have proven to be highly accurate. The team are courteous and professional in their greeting of customers and have always returned my vehicle on time and gleaming after a wash and interior detailing. I am happy using Cox Autos and equally happy to recommend them.

I absolutely love good customer service and Cox really delivered. I called at 8:45am with a problem with my car and they told me to bring it straight in, they sorted it out and made sure they had it back to me by the end of the day all fixed. Lovely team, great communication and super helpful.

Great experience. My Grand Jeep Cherokee had air con and shifter problems. Both were fixed quickly and efficiently at a good price.
Damien booked me in and Ed was my contact through repair process - fabulous to deal with and returned my calls promptly.
My Jeep was ready to be collected earlier than expected and they even cleaned it inside and out which was a nice touch.
This was the first time I've used them for repairs and it will now be my go-to place. Highly recommended.
