Incredible experience from start to finish! I called with an immediate need for pest control services and Tier 1 was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions about the scope of their services, and sent a technician out in less than 48 hours to complete the service. Mark A the technician was incredibly kind, informative, friendly, and thorough. He asked me a lot of questions to make sure that the service was going to cover all of my needs, and was done thoroughly but quickly. Antonio was awesome. He was on time, punctual, and made my wife and I feel super comfortable. The service was as expected as he really took his time and explained everything he was doing since this was our initial set up service. For the first time in 6 mos I did not wake up to a dozen millipedes crawling around my front door. John did a great job treating my home inside and out, especially cleaning up all the spider eggs squatting on my patio ceiling and around the exterior of my house. I'm looking forward to not having to kill spiders and cleaning cobwebs inside my home. Thank you Tier 1.

I have had the service for about a week. The entire process has been handled very professionally. The product seems to be working very well. I have not felt any mosquitoes around the areas we are applying the product. The installation is seem-less, so it does not stand out or look out of place. If the product and system continue to work well, I will probably be a customer for life. It’s great to spend time outdoors without getting bit by mosquitoes. Our outside area is way more enjoyable now. It’s worth the premium cost.

Awesome customer service. Some of the best I've seen in a while. Brad was our sales guy and Cam was the one who set up the app with us. The office staff is very friendly and STAYS IN TOUCH! Highly recommend Tier 1 for your bug needs.
