First time visiting Vail, I needed a sweatshirt after our puppy had gotten car sick. The store was about to close but the staff was great and very understanding to the situation. They not only stayed open longer but dug in the back to help me find my size! Great customer service and cute merchandise.

We rented bikes from the Vail location and rode to Beaver Creek. What a wonderful experience! The person at the Charter Sports Vail gave us a map of the route, she alerted us to construction along the trail and even recommended places to go in Beaver Creek! We had electric bikes and our route was pretty long. She also gave us the cheat code to preserve battery and told us how to get to the Charter Sports location in Avon if we needed to swap out bikes.

Great rental service! Audeline (hope I spelled that right?) was wonderful. One of my boots wasn't fitting quite right, she did a little TOO good of a job and got me boots that fit even my narrow feet pretty snuggly. Got a little too comfortable going fast with those and wiped out pretty hilariously when pushing my luck finally caught up with me, lol (only thing seriously hurt was my pride, thankfully!)
