Connor, Lennie, and Tim have been great. Previously I always shopped for the bargain. However, when push came to shove these guys have always come through on price and/or service. If they are not the cheapest they certainly are worth the few extra dollars, especially we have found ourselves in a jam. Many thanks guys.

I was traveling and ended up with a flat tier. When I called, Ivan was able to answer all my questions. Although they were booked solid, Ivan was able to get me in and help me get new tiers. In and out under 30 minutes. An amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend to any who ask me!

Love this place! I had a severe flat as a courier and they got me in and out with a new tire in under 2 hours when my job was on the line. Wifi coffee tv comfortable quiet waiting area, mini fridge with soda cans and water. Very friendly and knowledgeable service

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They serviced my jeep quickly and had me on the road fast. While I was there a lady came in 30 minutes after they closed and they still helped her. What a great team. I will come back again.

Honestly one of the absolute best experiences I could’ve had during an anxiety-inducing time. I had to bring my car in today because it completely broke down (on New Year’s Eve, of course), and not only was I lucky that Good Year was so close to where I broke down, but I was also incredibly lucky that they were willing to take my car in on such short notice. All of the employees I talked to were incredibly friendly, sweet, and non-judgmental even as I cried about my car. I especially want to thank the two wonderful people at the front desk who constantly reassured me that everything was okay. My car is really special to me (it was my late grandma’s before she passed), so the thought of possibly not having it anymore really upset me. I also want to thank the gentleman who paid it forward to help me tonight- I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but I really can’t thank you enough. All-in-all, I’m so glad this was the shop I made it to tonight- thank you so much to everyone there. Definitely highly recommended!!

Today I was with a friend who was blessed by Cody’s (service manager) willingness to help her get a flat tire fixed. It also involved the two technicians who went out of their way to help. My friend and I are so impressed with their customer service and care!!
