Went to buy a new suit for my son and was helped by the lovely Tea, who went above and beyond to assist us with sizing, price choices, styles and colour combinations for ties and shirts. It was a quick and smooth process and we went home happy and with a new suit fitted, with adjustments and hemming measured, to be collected the following week. The service was outstanding and suit was ready for collection as promised. Thank you Tea

Staff are friendly and the man that did my fitting did a good job. The communication and punctuality on the other hand is a different story. As a groomsman for an upcoming wedding there's been several issues - never received a text that my suit was ready for collection, failing to keep track of who has done their fitting and who hasn't, pins falling out of garments requiring re-do in alterations.

Communication between staff members needs to be improved and more precise. Otherwise, the face to face service is good.

In terms of customer service, the lady and gentleman that helped us did a great job. But otherwise, communication and tailoring was quite poor to say the least. Some pins had fallen out of my suit pants after the first fitting (worst part is I stepped on a pin and handed it to the lady serving us, which was likely the pin that fell out of my pants), and they waited til two weeks later to tell me. So I had to come back in, and with my work schedule this made it tough to get more than one extra fitting in before the wedding, which was required in the end.

My shirt didn't end up getting tailored, we had agreed to take up the sleeves but no changes were made in the end (and we paid for this in advance), so I had to use safety pins to take them up myself day of the wedding. Additionally, some of our groomsmen weren't told when their suits were ready and the groom had to constantly follow up. There was a lack of communication between MSW and our groomsmen.

I am a bit shocked to see the other reviews after our experience, but this was the service we received. Perhaps they've been slammed with work as of late.
