BEWARE- they’ll damage your car! Promise to pay the repairs yet it’s been 2 months. After a puncture in my brand new car, I decided to support the local business however my experience has been an absolute nightmare. My brand new car was towed with a tow report there to get new tyres. I decided to do both so they are the same. Upon pick up I noticed damage toy vehicle which they denied until I went the car dealer, 3 other tyre shops and tow photos. They blamed me for damage until they had proof. They smeared black finger oil marks across the rims so I wouldn’t notice. All other car shops upon driving up without me having to explain that the damages were from lack of experience or incorrect use of the tyre machine. They promised to pay cost yet here 2 months later after I have had the spayed done and paid, I’ve been ignored and when calling they say they’ll call back. Pete and Brent are slimy liars! I assume because I’m a woman that I’m treated differently accusing me of not knowing how the machines work. Swearing there’s no way their machines could even do the damage and that it was my doing to my brand new car. Car repaired at my cost and car hire at my cost. Not a single apology.

Huge thank you to the guys down at Bob Jane in Port Melbourne! Was on my way to an important meeting, when all of a sudden I got a nasty puncture! Quickly popped in to see these gentlemen, as I was in the area. Puncture was repaired in a timely manner, complimented by their fantastic service! Was back on my way in no time at all!! AND, to my surprise, there was ZERO charge. Incredibly grateful guys, thank you again! Very very generous.

Late Saturday morning, popped into Bob Jane for a puncture repair. Brent was super friendly and helpful and said "we will do it as quick as we can". Literally 4 minutes later it was fixed!!!! I told him he should be working in F1 pit lane!!!!. Service is always fantastic here. We have been coming here for years and now our children and in-laws also use Bob Jane Port Melbourne. Service keeps getting better. Daniel was very helpful too.

I called Bob Jane Port Melbourne just before 4.00pm today as I had a puncture and needed a repair done. To my amazement they said if I could get down to them soon they’d do it for me straight away. True to their word they did it on the spot. Thanks heaps to Peter and his friendly team and for restoring my faith in finding somewhere that provides real service. I recommend them super highly.

Amazing people. Very committed and responsible. I went to fix my punctured tyre around 12 in the noon but they gave appointment by 1.30 pm and told me it's 30 minutes job. So I went back around 1.30 pm and work was finished around 2 pm but some miscommunication between the staffs which delayed 30 minutes more when the manager came to know about this he waived the charge gave a free service to me. Amazing responsibility.
